Orders

You can find the products that interest you through the catalog, search in the online store, or special offers on our main website. You can add the products you are interested in to your cart through the link [Shopping Cart] on the products. When you have finished shopping, click on the link [Buy] to complete your order.

On the next page, you will be prompted to complete your purchases as a registered client or a visitor (Registration is simply with your email address). As a customer, you have the advantage of being able to monitor your previous orders and use stored shipping addresses without rewriting them.

If you have already registered as a customer, you can log into your account using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, a link will be sent back to your email.
Select the link [Register] or [Log] if you are not registered and want to register.

After logging into your account or using the shopping option as a guest, you will see the list of products in your cart and make changes if desired. Then, you will be prompted to enter information and the shipping address and set the method of payment and shipping. Once the process will receive an e-mail with the details of your order. Order cancellation
You can cancel your order by email. You can cancel your order free of charge if the task has not yet been completed. If you give us your e-mail, we will know what it is right now, because we will inform you by e-mail to send the order.

Suppose the order is canceled after the start of the mission, before receiving. In that case, you bear the postage, return costs, transport expenses, and any cash on delivery (if you choose cash on delivery). After deducting the above, the order balance will be returned within 30 days. If you have already received the order, you cannot cancel it without returning the products. See below for the process of product return.
If you deposit the amount in a bank account or pay by credit card or PayPal, then cancel the order, you must contact us to give us the details of your bank account to return the amount to him, less bank expenses (if any). The refund will be made within 30 days.


Return products
You have the right to return products purchased within 14 working days from the date you receive, to charge the costs of return. Returns are only accepted if the products are in the same condition as received, but they are unsealed or have violated/deformed the packaging or have been used or damaged content. Essential for the return is the sale documents, i.e., the sales receipt or invoice.
Shipping and packaging costs are covered by our side only in the case where the return is necessary due to our error. In any other case, transporting the products at our headquarters is at the risk and expenses yours.

The refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the products. The money is reimbursed for the amount of your order without transport and any fees and expenses paid to clear your payment (bank, credit card, PayPal, etc.). Before returning the product, you are kindly asked to contact us, either by e-mail or phone, for details of the return.
