Find the products which interest you through the catalogue of products or through search in the online store or through the special offers in our main website.

Add the products you are interested in the cart through the link [Shopping Cart] on the products. When you have finished your shopping click on the link [Buy] in the upper right corner of our website to complete your order.

On the next page you will be prompted to complete your purchases as a registered client or a visitor (Registration, simply with your email address). The advantage you have as a customer is that you can monitor your previous orders and already use stored shipping addresses without rewriting them.

If you have already registered as a customer you can log into your account with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, there is a link to be sent back to your email.

If you are not registered and want to register, select the link [Register] or [Log].

After logging into your account or shopping option as a guest, you will see the list of products in your cart and make changes if desired. Then you will be prompted to enter information, shipping address, and set the method of payment and shipping.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order by email.

You have the option to cancel your order, free of charge, if the task is not yet done. If you give us your e-mail will know what it is right now, because we will inform you by e-mail to send the order.

If the cancellation of the order made after the start of the mission, before receiving, you bear the postage, return costs and transport expenses and any cash on delivery (if you choose cash on delivery). After deduction of the above, the balance of the order will be returned within 30 days.

Return products

 

You have the right to return products purchased within 14 working days from the date you receive, to charge the costs of return.

The refund will be made within 30 days from the time we receive the products we. The money reimbursed regarding the amount of your order without transport and any fees and expenses paid for the clearance of your payment (bank, credit card, PayPal, etc.).
